By the DivXpress teamLast checked 31 July 2026What we check before publishing

DivXpress is a small independent project, so messages come straight to us. A few kinds of note are especially useful, and they all help the tools get better.

A file would not convert. Tell us the format and roughly how large it was, which browser you used, and what happened on screen. Because everything runs in your browser, we cannot see your file or any log from it, so those details are the only evidence there is. The standards page lists exactly what to include.

Something in a guide is wrong. Point at the sentence and, if you have one, the source that contradicts it. When the advice changes rather than the wording, the page says what changed and its updated date moves, instead of the correction being made quietly.

A feature you want. A format we do not handle yet, a setting you wish existed, or a task you keep coming back to do by hand. Real use cases shape what we build next.

Something felt off. A confusing label, a step that was not obvious, a result that surprised you. Rough edges are easiest to fix when someone points at them.

Email [email protected]. This is a side project rather than a support desk with staffed hours, so a reply can take a while and we are not going to promise a response time we cannot keep. Bug reports and corrections to a guide are the ones we act on first.

Please do not attach your video. We do not need your file to help, we would rather not have it, and DivXpress is built specifically so that footage never has to be uploaded in the first place.
